Hedy is an AI-powered meeting assistant that provides real-time support, insights, and recommendations to help users excel in their business conversations. - User Accounts
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. - User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the App. - Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HedyAI LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. - Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. - Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HedyAI LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. - Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HedyAI LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms. - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. - Changes to Terms
